The Canyon Lake Family Matters Club would like to thank you for your interest in obtaining a vendor booth for our 2019 Swapmeet fund raiser to be held on Saturday, May 4th at Holiday Harbor. This event promises to be very successful, we anticipate lots of shoppers as bargain hunting is a tradition in Canyon Lake. For the small booth fee donation this would be the perfect venue for you to showcase your business, services and/or products to a large number of potential customers in a relaxed, family oriented environment.
You will be assigned a booth number and will receive a layout of the event showing where your booth will be located, along with instructions as to what time you may arrive to set up your booth, where to unload and park, etc.
On the day of the event, you will be provided with a 10 x 10 booth space. You will be responsible for any additional items you might need for your booth (ex: tables, chairs, EZ-Up, banners, etc.) Please note: the booths will be set up on the grass, and no power is available.
