Vendor form online-Swap Meet

Vendor Booth Application is below

Spaces are first come first paid. We only take one type of each vendor to make the sales the best they can be for those attending. Please email vendor@familymattersclub.org to see if the spot is open before sending in payment.  If you prefer mailing in application please see pdf link here

Booth space will be approximately the size of a 10×10 easy up. You will need your own tent, table and chairs. This is an outside rain or shine event with no refund.
Set up is from 6am to 8am (you must be done by 8am), tear down is after 1pm. Thanks for the support
